Three Score Dance Company aims to commission work that engages, entertains and captures the imagination; delivering performances that change perceptions, challenge expectations and champion the art form of contemporary dance.

Although not a professional dance company, Three Score Dance does aspire to work to professional standards. We have commissioned new work from established and up-and-coming choreographers, including Ben Duke, Jose, Agudo, Yael Flexer, James Finnemore and Antonia Grove. Working with our Rehearsal Director, company members are committed to a demanding development and rehearsal schedule. We also take part in workshops by visiting professional companies, such as Rambert,  Hofesh Shechter and Ballet Boyz. The Company welcomes involvement in the wider world of dance for older people, holding ‘sharing’ events and contributing to festivals such as Elixir at Sadler’s Wells.

With the important support of Arts Council England we are working with dance consultancy Clearcut on the project ‘A New Beginning’ to develop new dances and perform our repertoire to new audiences.
