Dive into the basics of contemporary dance with easy-to-follow exercises that build a foundation for artistic exploration. For those new to dance or just new to us, all levels of mobility and experience are welcome. Open to ages 55+.
WHEN: THURSDAYS, 4 – 5 PM (1 HOUR)
